Wholesale accounts are available for quilt shop owners and web based quilt sites. Please email your business information including the company name, business owner’s name, shipping address, telephone number, website, email address and a photocopy of your state Resale Certificate prior to the initial order. Authorization for a wholesale order will be granted after your business has been verified.

Patterns may be viewed on the website. Departments listed on the left side of the web page organize the patterns. Quilt kits and pattern specials offered to retail customers are not available for wholesale purchase.

Please place your wholesale order online. While the website reflects the retail cost, wholesale pricing will be calculated from the suggested retail price after the order is placed and prior to charging your credit card. Orders may also be emailed or telephoned for existing wholesale accounts who have a valid credit card on file. Contact information for ordering includes:

A minimum of 6 copies per title is required for wholesale pricing with a minimum order total of $100.00 (after the wholesale discount is applied). Orders for 1-2 copies of a single title will not be honored while 3-5 copies of a single title will be at retail pricing. Wholesale orders not meeting the minimum wholesale requirements will incur a $15.00 processing fee. Exceptions are not available. Thank you.

Please use Visa or MasterCard for your method of payment. PayPal is available for retail purchase only. Returns, exchanges or consignments are not available.

Orders will be shipped within 5 business except when I am vending at quilt shows at which point wholesale orders will be shipped upon return from my travel schedule. Notification will be sent when the order is shipped.

Wholesale customers are responsible for the cost of shipping. The shipping charge will be added after an order is received. Flat rate Priority envelopes and boxes through the postal service are generally used as they tend to be the least expensive method of shipping.

International orders are no longer available due to changes with the postal service.

While I enjoy meeting and working with the public, I am not available to give lectures. My responsibilities to successfully operate my business and process orders have taken precedence over my teaching schedule. Due to liability issues, the quilts are not available for trunk shows.
