Wholesale accounts are available for quilt shop owners and web based quilt sites. Please email your business information including the company name, business owner’s name, shipping address, telephone number, website, email address and a photocopy of your state Resale Certificate prior to the initial order. Authorization to place a wholesale order will be granted after your business is verified.

Patterns may be viewed on the website. Departments listed on the left side of the web page organize the patterns. Quilt kits and specials are not available for wholesale purchase.

Wholesale ordering may be placed online. While the website reflects the retail cost, wholesale pricing will be calculated from the suggested retail price after the order is placed and prior to charging your credit card. A minimum of 6 copies per title is required for wholesale ordering with a minimum order total of $72.00 (after the wholesale discount is applied). Wholesale orders not meeting the minimum wholesale requirements listed above will incur a $7.50 processing fee along with the cost of shipping. Single copies of patterns will not be honored. Exceptions are not available. Thank you.

Please use Visa or MasterCard for your method of payment. Returns, exchanges or consignments are not available on printed materials.

Orders will be shipped within 1 to 4 business days except when I am vending at a quilt show. US and international customers are responsible for the cost of shipping. The shipping charge will be added after an order is received. The postal service’s flat rate Priority envelopes and boxes are generally used for orders as they tend to be the least expensive method of shipping. International buyers are responsible for import taxes.

Block-of-the-Month Programs are available for quilt shops to host. Refer to the BOTM Programs link for additional information concerning the programs.

Pattern specials and quilt kits are not available for wholesale purchase.

While I enjoy meeting and working with the public, I am not available to give lectures or classes. My responsibilities to successfully operate my business and process orders have taken precedence over my teaching schedule. Due to liability issues, the quilts are not available for trunk shows.
