Wholesale Information for US and
Wholesale accounts are available for
shop owners, web based shops, quilt show
vendors and professional quilt teachers.
Verification of your business is required.
Please email or call to set up a wholesale
account prior to placing an order. Please
include the business owner’s name, company
name, business mailing address, telephone
number, email address and a printed copy of
your resale number.
Wholesale ordering may be placed using the
“Add To Cart” buttons on the web site. Prior to
ordering, you will need to obtain instructions
concerning the procedure to follow during Check
Out on the web site to obtain wholesale
pricing. The procedure is easy to understand
and follow. Your Shopping Cart will show retail
pricing. The discount is added during Check Out
following the subtotal on the Shipping
Information page. Orders may also be mailed,

A minimum of 3 copies per title is required
for wholesale pricing with a minimum total
order purchase of $75.00. Retail pricing will
be charged to the patterns ordered with a

the left side of the web page organize the
patterns. With the exception of the What’s New
Link, patterns are listed only once on the
Quilt kits are not available for wholesale
purchase. Special discounts are also not
available including the complete set of Quilt-
of-the-Month patterns and the Four Seasons

available on printed materials. Patterns are
not available for consignment.
The order will be shipped within 1 to 2
business days except during Quilt Market or
when I am vending at a quilt show. US wholesale
customers are responsible for the actual cost
of postage. The shipping charge will not appear
on the invoice from the website. The shipping
charges are added after an order is received.
Generally, orders will be shipped using the
postal service. Occasionally, UPS Ground will
be used to send an order. To request a specific
method of shipping, please contact me prior to
placing an order. Shipping charges will apply
when requesting a more expensive method of
International customers are responsible for
the actual cost of postage. Shipping charges

website. The shipping charges are added after
an order is received. The postal service’s flat
rate Priority envelopes and boxes are primarily
used for international orders because they tend
to be the least expensive method of shipping.
International customers are responsible for any
import taxes that apply.
Block-of-the-Month Programs are available
for quilt shops and teachers to host. Refer to
the BOTM Programs link for additional
information concerning the programs.
While I enjoy meeting and working with the
public, I am not available to give lectures or
classes. My responsibilities to successfully
run my business and process orders have taken
precedence over my teaching schedule. Due to
liability issues, my quilts are not available
for trunk shows.
